Over the years my three children have formed wonderful bonds with all the staff. I have found the staff to be organised, professional, caring and helpful.

The teachers at Active Explorers Richmond have been outstanding! They are extremely caring, warm, friendly and supportive of each child’s individual needs. They are very competent at their job and we will miss them very much.

Staff kept us well informed, great bonds with the children and seem happy in the workplace. They are very understanding when first settling children and providing individual care to my boys. They developed/exposed the boys to things that they were enthusiastic about, had the rooms well organised in relation to play/routine etc. The manager was very approachable, quick with responses to requests.

We chose Active Explorers Richmond because of recommendations from friends and found staff to be very professional at all times. Teachers really know what works best for the children at the Centre. Staff have been fantastic with Cameron and he will remember them fondly.

Staff are always keen to listen and help with any challenges or changes that may arise. Always on-hand at drop off to assist in settling into the day. The Manager has been an angel – always willing and able to help me, adding or changing hours at late notice, sorting leave and statements.
